Cabling and Bracing
Trees sometimes need a little help to keep them safe and to maintain a pleasing shape. Through the use of cables and brace rods, additional support can be placed within the tree to reduce the potential of failure due to internal decay or poorly attached limbs.
Lightning Protection
Some trees survive being struck by lightning, many others do not. Lightning can cause serious injury that can kill the tree outright or cause structural damage to such an extent that removal is the only option. Installation of lightning protection creates a pathway for lightning strikes that channel the electrical energy through a copper cable that is offset from the trunk of the tree, safely dispersing it into the ground. This is a must for feature trees or tall trees that may have a special meaning for you.
